Description
Add documents to ODT/Plain text and webpage format and process them to modify the contents to feature Khmer OS-compatible fonts and viewing elements, The utility works in two modes Legacy-to-Unicode and Unicode-to-Legacy. Multiple ABC fonts are supported.
